The Garden Statesmen performing together with the Big Apple Chorus, both directed by Mr. Jack Pinto, took 5th place in the Mid-Atlantic District Competition in Ocean City MD.
It was a great contest with tough competitors. PGS/Big Apple Sang 7th. Our target was to take first place when we sang and hold it until the last 4 chorus groups performed at the end of the contest. We did that and ended up in 5th place behind the Brothers in Harmony, also directed by Jack Pinto. We hit our target and are very proud of our performance!
